Taina Estremera is the visionary founder and CEO of Serene Consulting, a workplace and personal wellbeing consulting firm dedicated to transforming high-pressure environments into spaces of sustainable productivity, balance, and growth. Through her work with both organizations and individuals, she helps create healthier, more supportive cultures that prioritize wellbeing without sacrificing success.

Her extensive qualifications speak to her deep expertise in human behavior, organizational wellness, and leadership development. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management, along with certifications in Talent Acquisition & Planning, Personal Financial Budgeting, and is an ICF-Certified Coach.

With over 17 years of leadership experience in the behavioral health field, spanning crisis services, system operations, and non-profit direct care, Taina has firsthand knowledge of the systemic challenges that contribute to burnout, employee disengagement, and workforce retention struggles. Having witnessed the unintended harm caused by high-pressure work environments, she became determined to be a catalyst for change.
